Onward and Upward is committed to providing personalized, full service career counselling to enable individuals to confidently pursue their professional and personal goals. We will facilitate an effective learning environment where individuals will gain career knowledge, learn about career paths connecting to their various fields of study, and develop their understanding of relevant, professional etiquette and behaviors. We believe that through shared, open dialogue discussions and consistency of excellent service to our clientele, we will be able to meet our customer's needs, and exceed their expectations of service.

My goal is to empower students to set and achieve realistic career goals, and successfully pursue their career objectives. It is important for students to feel confident in their own skills and abilities, so that they are aware of what they will be able to contribute to their potential careers. Everyone has a set of innate strengths; it is my goal to help students identify what those unique abilities are, and facilitate their learning process to connect those skills to their career paths. It is also my goal to provide the necessary resources and tools students' will need in order to be successful when conducting an effective internship or job search.
